Self-adhesive die cut foam gaskets are fabricated from various foam substrates including EVA, PE, EPDM, PU, silicone and PORON. The raw foam sheets are die-cut into custom shapes, then laminated with single-sided or double-sided strong pressure-sensitive adhesive with release liner.

These custom die-cut gaskets are fabricated by die punching bulk foam sheets into specified shapes & sizes according to customer drawings or samples.
Available Materials: Open/Closed-cell EPDM, PE foam, neoprene(CR), silicone foam, PU foam.
Core Functions:
Sealing: Prevent air, water and dust penetration;
Shock absorption: Buffer vibration during equipment operation;
Thermal insulation & noise reduction for mechanical and electrical assemblies.
Optional Feature: Self-adhesive backing on single/double side for easy installation.
