These custom die-cut foam gaskets are fabricated by die punching bulk foam sheets into specified shapes & sizes strictly according to customer drawings, CAD files or physical samples. We support simple rectangular pads as well as complex irregular contours, holes and notches for precise fitting.

Available Materials: Open-cell / Closed-cell EPDM foam, PE foam, neoprene (CR) foam, silicone foam, PU foam, XPE, EVA foam. Each material comes with different hardness, compression set, temperature resistance and flame retardant grades to match varied working environments.
