Product
Aluminum foil XPE Foam
Specifications:
This product combines high-purity aluminum foil with high-quality cross-linked polyethylene (XPE) foam, featuring a strong self-adhesive layer on the back. The aluminum foil reflects over 95% of radiant heat, while the closed-cell XPE foam structure delivers a low thermal conductivity of 0.032–0.041 W/(m·K), effectively blocking heat transfer to keep spaces cool in summer and warm in winter.
The self-adhesive backing makes installation incredibly simple – just peel off the release liner and press firmly onto walls, roofs, pipes, or equipment surfaces. No extra glue or tools required. Offering thermal insulation, moisture resistance, and soundproofing in one solution, it is widely used in building roofs, HVAC ducts, garage doors, RVs, cold storage, and more.

Aluminum foil XPE Foam
Aluminum Foil XPE Foam is a multifunctional composite material integrating thermal insulation, soundproofing, and moisture protection. It is manufactured by laminating high-purity aluminum foil with electronically cross-linked polyethylene (XPE) foam, coated on the back with a water-resistant, high-temperature-resistant pressure-sensitive adhesive protected by a release liner. Simply peel and stick – no additional tools or adhesives required.
Compared with traditional EPE foam, XPE features a finer cell structure, higher tensile strength, and longer service life, making it the preferred substrate for high-quality insulation materials. The product complies with internationalenvironmental and safety standards including REACH, RoHS, and CE, ensuring it is non-toxic, odorless, and safe for indoor use.
