EVA Foam is a lightweight, closed-cell thermoplastic copolymer made by polymerizing ethylene and vinyl acetate monomers. It is a versatile, rubber-like material widely used across industries for its excellent balance of cushioning, durability, and processability.
Closed-Cell Structure: Sealed, non-interconnected cells deliver waterproof, buoyancy, and dust resistance; water absorption ≤2%.
Lightweight: Density 0.03–0.20 g/cm³, much lighter than rubber or PVC.
