Our rubber foam sheet is a flexible porous cushion material manufactured from premium rubber raw materials including Neoprene, EPDM, silicone and natural rubber via high-pressure foaming molding. Two cell structures are available: closed-cell and open-cell, to satisfy diverse industrial sealing, shock absorption and insulation demands.

Closed-cell rubber foam features compact isolated pores, ultra-low water absorption, outstanding waterproof, weather-proof and anti-aging performance. It maintains stable cushioning elasticity under long-term compression, with minimal permanent deformation. Open-cell rubber foam owns interconnected pores, offering superior sound absorption and air permeability for noise reduction scenarios.

We provide adjustable hardness ranging from 10 to 70 Shore A, along with customizable density, thickness and dimensions. Multiple functional upgrades are optional: flame retardant treatment conforming to UL94 standards, oil-resistant formula, single/double-sided adhesive backing, fabric lamination and custom color matching.

Different rubber substrates carry exclusive advantages: Neoprene foam excels in oil and chemical resistance for mechanical gaskets; EPDM foam delivers strong UV and high-low temperature tolerance for outdoor construction sealing; silicone foam withstands extreme high temperatures up to 200°C for automotive and electrical equipment.
