Our custom size EVA foam sheets are manufactured from premium closed-cell EVA raw material, featuring lightweight, non-toxic and recyclable properties. All dimensions including length, width and thickness can be tailored strictly according to customers’ drawings or requirements. The thickness range covers 1mm to 100mm, and hardness from 30 Shore A to 85 Shore A for different usage scenarios.

Multiple customized treatments are optional, such as self-adhesive backing, flame retardant formula, anti-slip textured surface, color customization and composite lamination. The material performs well in shock absorption, waterproofing, sound insulation and weather resistance, and is easy to process via die cutting, carving and hot pressing into various shapes.
