Embossed PE Foam Sheet is a closed-cell foam sheet made from polyethylene (PE) as the base material, produced through foaming and processed with embossing, printing, carving and other technologies to form patterns on the surface. It combines the physical properties of PE foam with functions such as decoration, anti-slip and wear resistance, and is widely used in packaging, home furnishing, industrial and construction materials fields.
Basic Properties Closed-cell structure, waterproof and moisture-proof, lightweight, shock absorption and cushioning, thermal insulation, acid resistance, non-toxic and eco-friendly. Density (22–140kg/m³), thickness (1mm–100mm), size and color can be customized.
Pattern Advantages Surface patterns (embossed texture, 3D texture, printed pattern, etc.) improve anti-slip performance, wear resistance and decoration, optimize touch and visual effect. Some patterns enhance structural strength.
Process Compatibility Can be laminated with adhesive, die-cut, laminated and printed. OEM/ODM customization for patterns and specifications is supported.
