Physical & Mechanical Properties
Industrial Blue EPDM Foam Sheet offers a density range of 80–220 kg/m³ with ASKER C hardness from 7° to 25°, accommodating both soft sealing and firm support applications. Tensile strength reaches ≥0.25 MPa (up to 0.7 MPa for high-density grades) with elongation at break ≥120%, ensuring tear resistance during installation and long-term compression cycles. Compression deflection at 25% strain ranges 10–90 kPa, providing reliable rebound and lasting sealing force.
Color Customization:
Our EPDM foam sheet is offered in standard black, as well as custom colors including blue, gray, and white. Color options allow for easy product identification, brand matching, or aesthetic integration into visible components.
Thermal & Weather Resistance
Stable performance across a wide temperature range of -50°C to +130°C (special grades up to -68°C to +135°C), maintaining flexibility and seal integrity under extreme conditions. Thermal conductivity as low as 0.037 W/mK delivers effective insulation. Excellent resistance to ozone, UV radiation, and aging prevents surface cracking and degradation, making it ideal for prolonged outdoor exposure.
Chemical & Durability Performance
Low water absorption due to closed-cell structure ensures superior waterproofing and moisture barrier properties. Compatible with most acids, alkalis, and polar solvents, while resisting oxidation and weathering over extended service life. Sulfur-free grades available to prevent metal staining and corrosion in sensitive applications such as electronics and automotive components. Low outgassing and non-staining characteristics further enhance reliability in closed or precision environments.
This versatile foam sheet is widely used across various industries
Automotive: Door seals, weather strips, gaskets, and anti-rattle pads.
HVAC & Construction: Thermal insulation, air conditioning sealing, and pipe wrapping.
Industrial Equipment: Anti-skid pads, vibration dampening mounts, and flotation devices.
Electronics: Waterproof seals for enclosures and soundproofing component
