EPE Foam Board – Product Overview
Brief Introduction
EPE (Expanded Polyethylene) foam board is a high-performance cellular material produced from low-density polyethylene (LDPE) through a physical foaming process. Its closed-cell structure, resembling tiny white pearls, combines lightweight flexibility with excellent cushioning performance. It is an environmentally friendly, recyclable protective material.
Key Features
Lightweight & Resilient – Low density with good elasticity and shock absorption.
Water & Moisture Resistant – Closed-cell structure ensures minimal water absorption.
Wide Temperature Range – Stable performance from -40°C to +80°C.
Chemical Resistance – Resistant to most acids, alkalis, and common chemicals.
Thermal & Acoustic Insulation – Low thermal conductivity provides insulation and some soundproofing.
Easy to Fabricate – Can be cut, laminated, heat-sealed, and molded into custom shapes.
