As our core and primary products, foam insulation and soundproofing solutions for HVAC systems account for over 90% of our company's revenue. We manufacture foam products, felt products, and adhesive-backed foam products for companies including Haier, Hisense, Aokema, Hitachi, Hiron, Daikin, and Midea.
The materials we process include XPE foam, IXPE foam, PE foam, EVA foam, EPDM foam, NBR foam, melamine foam, PU foam, felt, two-component cotton, and various insulating rigid rubber and plastic sheets.
Our company established the Qingdao Rubber and Plastic Products Enterprise Technology Center in 2018, featuring a foam products expert workstation. Professor Liu Peikun from Shandong University of Science and Technology was appointed as the director of this innovation platform. In 2021, the company established the Qingdao Expert Workstation for Noise Reduction New Materials in Home Appliances, appointing Professor Xin from the Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, as the chief polymer materials expert for the workstation. This initiative implements industry-academia-research collaboration.
