Product Details
NBR insulation foam tube, also called elastomeric nitrile rubber foam pipe, is a flexible closed-cell thermal insulation material.
Its dense independent closed-cell structure forms an integrated natural vapor barrier, effectively blocking water vapor penetration and avoiding pipe condensation, rust and corrosion. The material keeps soft elasticity under ultra-low and medium-high temperature, easy to wrap elbows, tees, valves and irregular pipe fittings without cracking.
Key Benefits of Our Elastomeric Rubber Pipes
Superior Thermal Insulation:Low thermal conductivity reduces heat loss/gain, cutting energy consumption for HVAC and plumbing.
Excellent Moisture Resistance:High water vapor diffusion resistance prevents pipeline condensation, rust, and corrosion.
Flame Retardant & Low Smoke:Self-extinguishing, no molten dripping during combustion, meeting stringent building fire safety standards.
Sound & Vibration Absorption:Effectively dampens fluid flow noise and mechanical pipeline vibrations.
Eco-Friendly & Safe:CFC/HCFC-free, fiber-free, mold-resistant, and compliant with RoHS & REACH.
Versatile Applications of NBR Insulation Tubes
HVAC Systems:Central air conditioning copper pipes, chilled water, and hot water pipelines.
Refrigeration:Freezers, commercial refrigerators, and cold storage refrigerant pipelines.
Industrial & Marine:Industrial chemical fluid piping and marine plumbing systems.
Renewable Energy & Safety:Solar water heating pipes and fire protection water pipes.

FAQ
Q1: What is the main purpose of an NBR insulation foam tube?A: NBR insulation foam tubes are primarily used in HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems to provide thermal insulation, prevent energy loss, and block water vapor condensation that causes pipe corrosion.
Q2: Are your NBR insulation tubes fire retardant?A: Yes, our rubber foam pipes are self-extinguishing, produce low smoke density, and comply with major international fire safety standards (such as UL94 and BS 476).
Q3: Do you offer self-adhesive or foil-faced insulation tubes?A: Yes, we provide options with pre-applied high-strength self-adhesive tape or reinforced aluminum foil surfaces for quick and secure installation.
