Product Description


Specifically designed for the foaming process of refrigerators and air conditioners. This multi-component

composite cotton is scientifically engineered with fibers of different melting points and functional materials, 

offering excellent air permeability, temperature resistance, and compression recovery.

During polyurethane (PU) foaming, it integrates seamlessly with the foam to provide enhanced sound absorption,

thermal insulation, and structural support — effectively reducing refrigerator operating noise and improving 

thermal performance in AC air ducts. Available in custom-cut shapes to fit various foaming production lines.
