​IXPE (Irradiated Cross-linked Polyethylene Foam) is a high-performance, closed-cell foam material produced through electron beam irradiation and high-temperature foaming. This advanced manufacturing process creates a uniform, dense cell structure with a smooth surface, making it ideal for applications requiring precision converting and reliable performance.

IXPE foam combines superior physical properties with environmental safety, offering:
