EPDM Sponge Rubber Sheet

EPDM sponge rubber sheet is a closed-cell elastic foam material manufactured from EPDM raw rubber via high-temperature foaming process. It combines excellent rubber elasticity and lightweight sponge cushioning performance.

1. Outstanding weather resistance, ozone resistance and UV resistance, suitable for outdoor long-term use without cracking or aging.

2. Excellent heat and cold resistance, stable performance under wide temperature range.

3. Superior waterproof, sound insulation, shock absorption and sealing effect; good compression recovery, no permanent indentation after repeated extrusion.

4. Good chemical resistance against weak acid, weak alkali and common industrial detergents.

5. Soft, lightweight and flexible; can be cut, punched, laminated with adhesive tape for easy installation.

6. Optional flame retardant grade, food-grade and self-adhesive backing to meet diverse industry demands.
