Product Details

EVA foam sheet is a lightweight closed-cell elastomeric foam. It delivers stable cushioning, good shock absorption and reliable surface protection. It features consistent resilience and low water absorption. It also works well across a wide temperature range from -40°C to 90°C. This EVA foam comes in multiple densities and hardness grades. You can pick soft grades for gentle padding or firmer grades for load-bearing support. Our EVA foam meets UL 94 HF-1 flame retardant standard. It is safe for many electrical, packaging and industrial indoor applications. We supply raw EVA foam blocks in standard sizes. Besides raw sheets, we offer many value-added processing options to match your design. For example, we can slit the foam to your target thickness. We can also laminate double-sided adhesive tape for easy assembly.

Typical Applications of EVA Foam Sheet

EVA foam sheet serves many industries because of its balanced performance. First, it is widely used for protective packaging. It protects fragile goods during transit and storage. Second, it works as cushion inserts for cases, tool boxes and instrument trays. It holds parts in place and reduces impact damage. Third, manufacturers use it for non-waterproof gaskets, gap filling and anti-vibration pads for indoor equipment. It is also popular for craft materials, toy components, footwear lining and sports protective padding. Common industries include electronics, hardware, gifts, sporting goods and general industrial assembly.

LAB

We run our own in-house laboratory. Our technical team can carry out a full range of performance tests for foam materials.

We test key indicators including density, hardness, tensile strength, water absorption and flame retardancy.

With independent testing capacity, we control product quality from raw foam to finished cut parts.

We can also provide test reports to support your project approval and inspection requirements.

FAQ

Q1: What is EVA foam sheet?

A: EVA foam sheet is a lightweight closed-cell foam material. It has good shock absorption, stable resilience and low water absorption. It is widely used for protective packaging, cushion inserts, gaskets and gap filling. We supply it in blocks and offer custom processing.

Q2: What density and hardness options do you offer?

A: Our EVA foam sheet covers density from 30 kg/m³ to 200 kg/m³, with hardness ranging from 15 Shore C to 70 Shore C. Lower density grades are softer for cushioning. Higher density grades provide firmer support.

Q3: What colors are available for EVA foam sheet?

A: We stock black, dark grey, white, red and blue. Contact us if you need special custom colors; we can check feasibility for bulk orders.

Q4: Does your EVA foam meet flame retardant standards?

A: Yes. Our standard flame-retardant EVA foam sheet passes UL 94 HF-1. This grade suits indoor electrical and electronic applications.

Q5: What is the working temperature range of this EVA foam?

A: It can work steadily between -40 ℃ and 90 ℃. It will not turn soft or brittle easily within this range.
